Congratulations to our ten students from the Class of 2017 who today received a Premier’s VCE Award for excellence in their 2017 VCE studies, an amazing achievement!

The awards are based on the individual scores of that subject to determine recipients. Students must receive a study score of 46 or above to be eligible.

The students were joined by Head of Senior School Anne Wallington, VCE Curriculum Coordinator Elizabeth Gubbins and English teacher Orania Theoharidis for the awards ceremony at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Education Minister and Deputy Premier James Merlino presented the awards.

Notably, it was so pleasing to see such an array of subjects represented by MLC award recipients, including half from VCE VET subjects.
