Every member of the MLC community has the opportunity, all year round, to make a contribution to vital projects that will have an immediate and tangible impact on our students and staff. We invite you to join with us and others in the College community by supporting one of MLC’s tax-deductible funds below. Every gift, no matter the size, is greatly appreciated – thank you for your kind support.
The Joan Wilkinson Circle – launched in March 2022
We are delighted that the new Joan Wilkinson Circle which acknowledges and thanks all donors who gave $1,000 or more to MLC in 2021, has now been launched.
The launch video features key messages from Diana Vernon, our Principal, Ingrid Winata (2021) the inaugural recipient of the JOZIL Scholarship, Claire Rogers, Chair of the MLC Foundation and Sue Felton, Director of Advancement, on the importance of philanthropy at MLC and the impact of your giving. It also shines a light on the extraordinary life and legacy of the late Dr Joan Wilkinson AM (1945), in whose honour our new Circle has been established.
We would love to receive your feedback on the video (mailto: firstname.lastname@example.org) Thank you once again to all donors for your generous support of our students – it is greatly appreciated.

Major gift opportunities
A major gift is a substantial contribution that makes a transformative impact on the lives of our students.
Since our establishment, numerous members of our community have generously made significant gifts to support our students, contributing to buildings, scholarships, resources and other programs.
Benefactors may choose to support Scholarships, to enable girls from a diverse range of backgrounds (Melbourne, rural and regional areas, and Indigenous communities) to be able to come to and access an MLC education. Scholarships may be named for a limited-term or in perpetuity. If there are other areas that you would like to support, we would be very happy to discuss your ideas with you.
All donations may be made a via a single gift or pledge of up to five years, and are tax deductible.
To discuss all major gift opportunities please contact Sue Felton, Director of Advancement, on T: +61 3 9274 6407 / +61 419 498 221 or E: email@example.com
