Our ‘Workout Wednesday’ activity from the Boarding House this week is a Dance Work-Out!
 
Getting 30 minutes of exercise into your day is important for your general health, mental wellbeing and your ability to live a long and fulfilling life! Exercise doesn’t need to strenuous or difficult – it can be as simple as going for a brisk walk in the afternoon.
 
Finding motivation to workout can be hard, especially after a long day of study. The thought of going for a run is often not very appealing. But have you considered a Dance Workout?
 
Dancing is a whole-body workout that’s actually fun! It’s a great for your heart, it strengthens muscles and it can improve balance and coordination. Give it a try!

It’s super simple – you don’t need any equipment, just some comfy clothes and some space to complete you Dance Workout.
