The MLC Foundation was established in 1998. Its role is to encourage and recognise the financial support for the College and our students by our wider community, including current and past parents, alumnae, staff, grandparents and friends of the College.
The MLC Foundation, is chaired by Marjorie Nicholas OAM and is a Standing Committee of the College Board. Members of the Committee includes current parents and alumnae.
The Foundation Committee oversees the development of strategic philanthropic programs for MLC with the students at the centre of all its efforts.
Income from fees alone cannot provide the financial basis for the College’s future development. The College relies on the support through the Foundation to deliver its educational aims and bring its long-term vision and goals to fruition for the benefit of our current and future students.
MLC’s culture and tradition of giving back remains strong providing current students with the many benefits that past generations have experienced.
