The MLC Physical Education and Sport Precinct is a significant development that will unfold over the coming years, bringing our vision of a world-class facility to life. As we progress through each phase, we are committed to keeping our community informed every step of the way.
With the new Aquatic Centre and Junior School playground now complete, the project has moved into Phase 2. This next stage will deliver the new indoor Sports Centre, complete the underground car park and outdoor courts, and bring the full vision for the precinct to life.
The milestones below outline the key stages of construction. Timing may be refined as works progress, and we will continue to keep our community informed with regular updates throughout the project.

Phase 1 | The initial phase of construction will deliver the Aquatics Centre and develop the outdoor spaces. This will also enable the current PEC to remain in use. | February 2025 - June 2026 |
Phase 2 | The second phase will complete the project by constructing the indoor Sports Centre, completion of the underground car park and the remaining facilities, bringing the full vision of the precinct to life with state-of-the-art amenities.
