Our new precinct is designed to increase every student’s physical activity, enhancing their overall wellbeing. These facilities will set a new standard for independent girls’ schools in Australia, offering a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art resources to inspire girls to stay active, build confidence, and thrive in all aspects of life.
At MLC, we believe that the wellbeing and development of our students are central to their success in life. With that vision in mind, we are excited to introduce our new Physical Education and Sport Precinct, a space designed to inspire, engage, and elevate the experiences of every student.
This state-of-the-art precinct goes beyond traditional sports facilities. It represents our commitment to fostering a lifelong love of physical activity, enhancing mental and physical wellbeing, and providing a nurturing environment where every girl can thrive. From recreational activities to competitive sports, this precinct will empower our students to explore their passions, build confidence, and achieve their personal best.
This development is not just an investment in infrastructure; it is an investment in our students' futures.
We invite you to explore this site and see how this exciting project will shape the future of MLC, benefiting generations of girls for years to come.
The completion of the Aquatics Centre and enhanced Junior School playground marks an important milestone for the College.
The Aquatics Centre features a competition-sized 50m pool, alongside a heated learn-to-swim pool designed to support skill development in a safe and encouraging environment. With dedicated diving facilities and spectator areas, the Centre strengthens opportunities for training, competition, and community connection.
Together with the enhanced Junior School playground, these spaces provide students with engaging, contemporary environments for physical activity and play.
The next phase includes the construction of a new Indoor Sports Centre, outdoor courts, and an underground car park – further expanding opportunities for participation, performance, and community use.
