Updated: 8 December 2025
The construction has been carefully planned in two phases to ensure minimal disruption to students and staff while allowing key facilities, such as the Aquatic Centre, to become operational as early as possible.
Phase 1 (2025–Mid-2026): Construction of the Aquatic Centre, Athletics Hub, outdoor courts, and an enhanced Junior School playground.
Phase 2 (Mid-2026–End 2027): Completion of the Indoor Sports Centre, additional outdoor courts, and underground car park.
Regular updates on key milestones and operational adjustments will also be shared with families via the Connections newsletter, to keep everyone informed and prepared.
Access to Campus
As we prepare for the new Aquatics Centre to be completed towards mid-2026, the December 2025/January 2026 school holiday period will be affected by limited parking.
Carpark closures over December/January
From Saturday, 13 December 2025 until Sunday, 25 January 2026, the Chapel and Underground Carparking will be closed as civil works take place to install services to the new building. If you plan to visit the Uniform Shop during this period, please park in the surrounding streets.
From Monday, 26 January 2026 the Underground Carpark and most of the Chapel Carpark will re-open. The car parking spaces on the east side of the Chapel Carpark will be removed, so that landscaping for enhanced Junior School playground can commence.
Any changes to morning drop off routines will be communicated prior to the start of the 2026 school year, however there will be provision for morning drop-offs, supported by our security staff and commissionaires. Parking on campus will remain limited.
We are working with our builders to minimise noise and other impacts on our community, but several changes to parking and traffic flow around the campus have been necessary.
Lofts Avenue Access and Traffic
Construction traffic will use the two site access points on Lofts Avenue outside of peak traffic hours. This has required the closure of the pedestrian footpath, drop-off, and parking zones alongside the development on the west side of Lofts Avenue.
Construction traffic on Lofts Avenue is being carefully managed to avoid peak times. Truck movement in and out of Lofts Avenue will be scheduled predominantly between 7 - 8 am and 8.30 am - 2.45 pm. We recommend avoiding Lofts Avenue during these times. Traffic controllers are stationed to manage pedestrian safety and the flow of construction vehicles.
To ensure safety and alleviate congestion, families are encouraged to minimise using Lofts Avenue and avoid parking near the construction site entry.
These Phase 1 developments can be viewed on this updated campus map.
