Mindfulness is a great way to slow down and keep your feelings in check while living in isolation. The Resilience Project is a resource that provides a number of great mindfulness and meditation activities. They've rounded up a list of things to try for every age group.

Prep to Year 2

Activities include making a 'calm down jar', guidelines for taking a mindful walk, and colouring in activity pages.

Activities include creating your own colouring pages, a guide to making a mindful playlist of your favourite songs, and a breathing meditation to try with your parents or guardians.
