MLC Kindle is one of the first certified Little Scientists Houses in Victoria!

Little Scientists Australia is a not-for-profit professional development program for early childhood educators and teachers, using playful experiments to get children engaged with STEM. The certification is awarded to learning environments that are progressive and incorporate inquiry-based learning.

For the project, our 2017 Dolphins class investigated scents and why our noses are so important, which included some blind smelling, cooking activities, using a digital microscope and a visit from an ENT specialist!

Congratulations to our wonderful MLC Kindle staff for making this happen!
