In MLC’s unique, purpose built commercial kitchen facilities, students prepare modern dishes that are consistent with current restaurant trends. The adjoining dining room provides the opportunity for customers to relax and enjoy a beverage of choice with their meal, also prepared and served by the Year 11 and 12 students.
Year 11 and 12 students, with support of the Home Economics and Hospitality staff, run the Terrace Restaurant. This is a full service training restaurant offering Afternoon High Teas on Wednesdays prepared by Year 11 students throughout Term time and lunch service offered by Year 12 students (including special guest chef appearances) on alternating Thursday and Fridays during Terms 1, 2 and 3.
The Terrace Restaurant is a great place to indulge in a high quality culinary experience at an affordable price.
