When a student enters a Visual Arts Studio at MLC, she is embraced by an environment which supports and nurtures that most unique of all human qualities -  creativity.  Confidence grows, ideas blossom and very soon there is the realisation that these are life-skills of great personal value. 

MLC's Art Department offers a great breadth of disciplines supported by a dynamic team of 25 specialist staff members.  The complete focus is on developing the vital skills of Visual Literacy.

Every student undertakes Visual Arts from Prep to Year 10.  Specialist studies from Years 9-12 include Ceramics and Sculpture, Fashion Design, Furniture Design, Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Photography, Visual Communication and Multimedia.
