MLC is an internationally-minded school, fostering a learning environment that develops articulate women with skills to contribute meaningfully to the international community. VCE International Studies offers students the opportunity to study issues and events of international significance.  Students concerned about, and interested in, ‘big picture’ issues such as human rights, equality, world peace, globalisation, women’s rights and environmental issues, enjoy the course focus.

International Studies exposes students to the web of international political, social, economic and legal communities. This develops a working knowledge of international communities to facilitate informed analysis of international issues.
