Academic Scholarship for Year 11 entry in 2009
A means tested Principal’s Scholarship for families on a limited income is available for a student entering Year 11 and is tenable for two years. The family income for the Principal’s Scholarship should not exceed $75,000 p.a. and overall financial circumstances are considered.
The Year 11 Scholarship is open to a student within MLC or those who are attending a school other than MLC.
Details of Testing
The ACER examination will be held on Saturday, 10 May 2008 at Methodist Ladies' College beginning at 8.45 a.m. and finishing at approximately 12.00 p.m.
Scholarships at MLC are awarded on the basis of test results, previous school reports and an interview. The final decision is made after all factors, including the interview, have been considered. The scholarship fee is $85.00.
Scholarship Application Requirements
Registration for scholarships close on Friday, 11 April 2008. Registrations received after this date will incur an additional late fee of $100.

All applicants must complete the ACER Registration form and pay the Registration fee of $85.00. No additional supporting documentation is required at this time. If the candidate is shortlisted for an interview you will be asked to provide her latest school report.
