
Our VCE VET Hospitality students in Years 11 and 12 run the Terrace Restaurant, with the support of the Home Economics and Hospitality staff. This is a full service training commercial restaurant, offering food and beverage prepared to high quality, industry standards at an affordable rate. Upon completion, students graduate with a Certificate III in Food and Beverage or Commercial Cookery. Bookings are essential.
Wednesday Afternoon Teas:
Available during specific Wednesday's between 3 - 4 pm during term time and prepared by Year 11 students. Parents often use these afternoon teas to catch up with other parents or as a place to sit and relax before the after school pick up. Check the brochure for term dates.
- $12.00 with your choice of tea/coffee or soft drink.
Lunch Service:
Available on select Thursdays (A la carte) and Fridays (Set menu; 2 or 3 courses) during Terms 1, 2 and 3; prepared by Year 12 students.
- Thurssday Lunch mains are only $15.00 and entrées and desserts only $10.00
- Friday 2 course set menu $25.00 per person, drinks charged separately.
- Friday 3 course set menu $30.00 per person, drinks charged separately.
